Joe Wojcik - Managing Director Melbourne Office

Joe Wojcik is one of the latest of the new generation incentive practitioners to have viewed our industry previously as a client. Prior to joining 212°F in 2007, Joe was one of 212°F's key clients for 4 years. His intricate knowledge of the Incentive industry – both as a client and provider - has brought about further growth for 212°F to become one of the largest independent full service incentive practitioners in the region.

When it comes to sales and marketing solutions, Joe has vast hands-on experience in developing and implementing solutions that encompass a holistic approach to a return on investment. Creative and self-funding solutions to a marketing challenge are Joe's specialty. With a background in the Sales and Marketing channel for medium and large corporations in Australia, Joe previously managed advertising sales for two of Australia's largest daily newspapers - The Herald Sun and The Age - for over 11 years. Joe's past experience also encompassed roles in hospitality, retail, real estate, advertising sales and marketing, giving him a broad range of skills and understanding across a wide range of industries.

Belinda Ramanauskas - General Manager Operations Melbourne Office

Joining the 212°F team in 2004 as an Account Manager, Belinda quickly climbed the ranks into a management role and now oversees our group Operations. With a strong focus on operations and exceptional execution, she is a true industry leader in both marketing and performance improvement. Belinda's flair for creativity coupled with her eye for detail has benefited many of our clients, turning the ordinary into extraordinary. Belinda is also one of the key drivers of the wonderful 212°F company culture, ensuring everyone works and plays hard.

Matt Griffiths - General Manager Melbourne Melbourne Office

Matt has over 10 years of experience in performance improvement. Since starting as an Account Manager at 212°F in 2004, Matt has worked in both the Melbourne and Sydney branches, designing and managing incentive, reward and loyalty programs for a wide range of industries and companies. This experience has resulted in Matt creating inspiring travel incentive experiences and innovative program design solutions to meet a client's objectives. Matt is passionate about creating engaging performance strategies that provide growth and success for our clients, and managing the Melbourne branch through the ever changing incentive and loyalty market.

Budi Widjaja - Accountant Melbourne Office

Since 2008, Budi has been 212°F Australia's Accountant, after working for our sister company Extra Mile Company in Auckland for over 2 years. Born in Indonesia, he completed his post graduate degree in Finance in Honolulu, Hawaii. He has worked in the tourism and hospitality industries for over 17 years in countries such as the USA, Indonesia and Singapore. His last position before moving to the southern hemisphere was with the legendary Raffles Hotel as an Assistant Accountant.

Keith Christenson - Director Travel Programs Melbourne Office

Keith has been in the Travel Industry for over 40 years, with more than 35 years involved in the set up and operation of Incentive Travel Programs, including Conferences and Conventions to all parts of the world. Group sizes have ranged from 10 to more than 1,600, and he has been responsible for all aspects of the program's execution and delivery. Clients have included all the 'name brands' in a variety of industries, including automotive, insurance, retail and wholesale goods, FMCG, real estate, service and gaming. Renowned as the "Travel Guru", Keith has travelled extensively and has been invited to speak and participate in travel workshops, forums and meetings world-wide.
